clean room vegan milk incorrect code bad bed
the room was super clean and cozy. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially jess!). vegan milk was provided as requested.
the entrance code i received was incorrect. the bed wasn't very comfortable which affected my sleep.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects
black walls uncomfortable bed
The Alice in Wonderland theme met expectations , with nice touches in the room.
The black walls made the room quite dark , especially with less than ideal weather. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable , and a solid table for eating or working was absent. the rooms are located in a building with a bar , meaning street noise was noticeable as people entered and exited.

easy check-in spacious room friendly staff convenient location
Check-in was very easy. The room was spacious and well-designed to a high standard (i really appreciate that). The staff were also very friendly. They went out of their way to help me with my luggage upon arrival. The location is convenient with restaurants nearby.
I noticed some road noise early in the morning, but earplugs were thankfully provided in the room. (small inconvenience)
